EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION ACTIONS

File for Unemployment in Ohio

Occupational Safety and Health Administration whistleblower complaints must be filed 30 days from the date of the incident.

File your charge within 180 days of the incident with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission to gain the right to sue your employer for discrimination.

You may also file with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
